Experienced Minds, Fresh Energy
Our team blends deep expertise with a spark of curiosity. We’ve designed products, navigated regulations, and brought medical devices to market. Some of us have founded companies, others have guided ideas from sketch to launch – and all of us believe that one idea can change a life.
What sets us apart is how we work: curious like scientists in a lab, resourceful like kids with building blocks, and determined like dreamers who never lost their imagination. We pair hard-earned perspective with fresh energy, helping you anticipate challenges while keeping your vision at the center.

Larry thrives on brainstorming and tackling the “impossible.” He’s at home in a world of charts, graphs, and numbers, and his quick mind often runs faster than his words. On his best days, his thoughts click together like a perfectly solved puzzle – intricate, but beautifully ordered.
Charlene Kiliszewski
Charlene has led the financial operations at Zewski Corp. for more than 21 years, ensuring every project stays grounded in the numbers. She’s focused on the bottom line and how strategy meets reality, bringing clarity and discipline to the firm’s growth. Beyond finances, Charlene also serves as a vital liaison with government agencies, coordinating with the USPTO and FDA on critical project documentation.

Kevin Cajiles
Kevin is our lead researcher. Whether it’s program data, grant proposals, or risk research, he has a knack for turning complexity into clarity. He’s also the go-to for design control management – the one who makes sure every big idea stays on track without losing its spark.
Institution Partners Driving Innovation Forward

Rob is our commercialization aficionado and proud IP nerd. He brings a rare perspective on intellectual property, especially where it intersects with commercialization contracts, helping uncover “path less traveled” solutions that create win-win opportunities for getting products to market.
At Wichita State, Rob also leads student teams in research and analysis projects, giving clinical innovators deeper insight into the market and IP landscape – all while mentoring the next generation of problem-solvers.
Sabia holds degrees in Biomechanics and Bioengineering, with specialized research experience at the cellular level. Today, she focuses on guiding the next generation of innovators at Rice University, helping students understand the process of developing biomedical device solutions.
Through Rice’s Senior Capstone program, Sabia also helps clinical innovators turn early concepts into proof-of-concept models, providing a practical launch point for device development.
